By creating an account or using delfee, you agree to these terms. delfee is an information-monitoring service: it detects, deduplicates and documents geopolitical and trade events, and presents them filtered to the exposures you declare.

What the service provides

Continuous detection across a broad set of public sources; grouping of articles into deduplicated situations; a count of independent originators (syndicated copies of one wire story are merged); dated chronologies linked to their original articles; and, depending on the plan, alerts and a periodic monitoring log.

What it does not provide

delfee is not investment advice, not insurance advice, not legal advice, and not an operational recommendation. delfee is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Historical contexts describe what was observed in comparable episodes; they are not forecasts. You remain the sole decision-maker and should confirm any decision with your own advisers — broker, insurer, forwarder, counsel.

Coverage and its limits

No monitoring service is exhaustive. delfee depends on third-party public sources and their availability; coverage of a subject may be partial, delayed or absent. Periods preceding the start of our archive are marked as context and do not constitute coverage. A displayed source count measures independent originators, not veracity: corroborated information can still be wrong.

Your account

• Provide accurate details and keep your password secure.
• One account per person; you are responsible for activity under it.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

Dossiers, alerts and logs produced for you may be used internally. Public redistribution or resale to third parties requires written agreement — a white-label plan exists for that purpose. Do not scrape the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it unlawfully. Article titles and links belong to their publishers.

Plans & billing

Pricing and billing terms are shown before any charge. Subscriptions renew by tacit agreement unless cancelled before the end of the current period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Availability

We use reasonable means to keep the service running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Unless separately agreed in writing, no service level (SLA) is guaranteed.

No warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty as to accuracy, exhaustiveness or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, delfee is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the service, for their consequences, or for inaccuracies originating in third-party sources.

Data

Data is hosted in the European Union. Processing, retention and your rights are described in the privacy policy. The exposures you declare are used to produce your service and are not sold on.

Termination

You can delete your account any time in Account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
